Paid repairs - When the free quality guarantee period has expired (1 year from the date of purchase) - Damage caused by consumer carelessness or incorrect repair or modification - Malfunction caused by incorrectly selected voltage - Damage caused by personal repairs, not by Illumi Co., Ltd. repair technicians or partners - Damage caused by not using consumables or repair materials designated by Illumi Co., Ltd. - Malfunction caused by not following the ‘precautions’ in the user manual - Breakdown caused by natural disaster - When consumable parts have reached the end of their life (dust collection filter, pre-filter, etc.) - Products purchased overseas or malfunctions that occur while being used overseas - Matters not specified above are subject to the ‘Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards’.
  • Safety and usage precautions
    1. Power related - When using the kitchen, be careful not to let water get on the main unit. - Do not plug in or touch the power plug with wet hands. - Do not plug the power plug into a loose outlet. - When not in use for a long time, unplug the power plug. - Do not pull on the power cord. - Avoid damaging the power cord by excessively bending it or pressing it with a heavy object. - After completing installation and cleaning, plug in the power cord. 2. Use related - Do not remove or move the power plug during operation. - Do not spray water directly on the product. - Do not touch the inside of the product with wet hands. - Do not insert foreign substances into the air outlet. - Be sure to insert the filter before use. - Do not remove the filter or put your hand into the filter insert during operation. 3. Cleaning related - Be sure to turn off the product before cleaning. - Do not clean the product with alkaline detergent - Do not use sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, or organic solvents (thinner, kerosene, acetone, etc.) to clean the product surface or apply stickers, etc. - Be careful not to allow water to enter the product.
  • Can it be installed on officetel windows?

  • How should I choose the length of the Bijumini guide bar?
    Window frame height 330~430mm - SD type Window frame height 430~530mm - SS type Window frame height 530~1,080mm - SM type Window frame height 1,080~1,180mm - MM type Window frame height 1,180~1,933mm - ML type Window frame height 1,933~2,033mm - LL type Window frame height 2,033mm or more - LO type (Window frame height: Measure the height of the lower rail and upper rail of the window frame where the window slides) For SD, SS, ML, and LO types, the guide bar must be custom-made and the exact window frame height must be specified when purchasing.   • Is previous installation possible?

    Please purchase and use an extension cord. (It will be sold at our shopping mall in the future.)
  • Can I purchase just the remote control separately?
    The remote control can be purchased separately from our shopping mall.
  • A/S procedures
    If you send the product by courier after submitting an A/S request to the customer center, we will repair it and send it back to you within 7 business days. If you have any questions, please contact us through our website or call 070-4763-2584 and we will respond quickly.
  • Is a dust collection filter included as standard?
    yes. Three dust collection filters are included. When you first receive the product, the dust collection filter is not installed in the main unit. Be sure to use the included dust collection filter.
  • Is it possible to install it alone?
    yes. Any adult, male or female, can install it alone. We provide manuals and videos necessary for installation. For product installation instructions, please check Customer Support/Manual/Vijumini.
  • I'm curious about how to use Bijumini depending on the air volume.
    Bijumini has 1, 2, 3, and 4 airflow stages. Stages 1 and 2 operate at low airflow, and stages 3 and 4 operate at high airflow. 1st~2nd stage: Used when you want to operate continuously on a daily basis or for simple cooking such as ramen or stew. 3rd stage: Operates with a kitchen hood (2nd to 3rd stage) or used when cooking stir-fried or grilled food. 4th stage: Use when you want quick ventilation or when cooking food that generates a lot of fine dust, such as mackerel or pork belly.
  • Doesn’t cold air blow in when the product is not in operation in winter?
    Bijumini is a forced ventilation system that forces air in when operating. When the product is not in operation, the HEPA filter blocks the inhaler, preventing cold air from entering.
  • When is the product release date?
    It is scheduled for late April to early May this year.
